Rtr and kit trucks of almost all brands come with metal drive gears...losi...ofna...ae...thunder tiger...koyosho....cen...sportwerks.....HPI....the list goes on.
I never had a prob with my plastic spurs...He wanted bullet proof...I gave him bullet proof. Matter fact I run both now and several other combos...all hd metal and have never had a problem with those either.
it is not uncommon for the plate to bend or break...now for your spur gear get the metal hpi 47 gear spur and the hpi racing 17 clutch bell.

One more thing check how loose you servo saver is (adjustment nut on the st tower-needs to be about 10mm or more above the base plate). If it keeps comeing loose, put a dab of loc-tight above the nut and below it to help hold it in place (not to much now just a little bit).
Do the bearing mod in the posts, you propably need to put at least 15k wieght diff oil in the front diff and 7k in the rear as a starting point. Sounds like your front diff is being overpowered by the rear, causeing you to have terrible st.
Now with the tires I would stay with the same size...
Wow love the House bin_dubai!
It's great to hear familys liveing together. Here in the US we seem to spread out and get farther away from our family members. I'll update with pics as soon as I find them in my photobucket account.
Hmmm not much besides the trucks and fuel...I think that Best Western is a good choice and conviently close to the park...and food/beer! Got to love stumbling distance away...no chance for trouble from the popo.
That's good news for the track!! Needed some water to tone down some of the surface dust! I'm bringing googles and a bandana this time...no grit in the teeth!
