Blue thread lock...put a small (not huge) drop on the grub screw and install. Holds up for a long time, but should be a item to check before/after each time out imo...along with motor screws, tire nuts, th and st linkage...list goes on.
Here it is mounted and ready to rock (minus the air filter, fuel lines, throttle linkage).
Man I still can't get over the skill it took to sign this head between the fins with a dremel free hand!

Hopefully it is true that there was only 15 tanks through the motor! If so you should with a good tune and placeing the piston at bottom dead center after every run (when you put it up or shut it down after running each time) will last at least 6+ gallons of fuel...now that being said is ideal...

Nick and I have kicked around the idea of a baja motored savage, it's possible but alot of custom mounts and some reworking of the driveline. Lota money involved withthat one and I don't have that much laying around so it aint gonna happen....we we're just thinking about how you could mod a savage.
