ESC's fan problem!

Hi everyone,....this is my first post here. I've problem about ESC's fan. After I turned on switch, it worked just 5second then stop. I have no idea what's wrong with my ESC. I use 4s LiPo 4000mAh 25C. Please help!!! Thank you
