The diffs and the stock wheel hubs were always a weak point for me on my old 25's. The engine isn't a powerhouse but they always ran good for me! A pair of new diffs with aluminum housings and maybe a better pipe for that engine and it should be a nice ride!
EDIT: I always swapped the left...
I installed the JP-2 pipe and did some tuning today and this thing is bad ass, it has plenty of low end power and the pipe really helped the mid range rpm's. After getting it warmed up I made a few adjustments and the first time I got on it hard it flipped over while shifting into second and the...
The battery in my camera is dead so it's another phone video. It needs more tuning but it has a little power, I'm going to install the JP-2 pipe on tomorrow and see how it feels. If those maxx tires had any traction it wouldn't stay on it's wheels.
I have another pipe but this was already together and ready to use, I'll see how it goes. I started it up for the first time, I had to lean it a little from factory settings but it ran great so far. Letting it cool down but I'll get a few more short runs it before the day is done.
I scored a stock Savage pipe and header set off of eBay so it's finally complete! I'll start the break in later today.
The body ended up being something between brown and burgundy. Once I saw that I screwed up the color I rushed through the next coat of black and now it has spotches...
The last LRP I had I ran a Werks pipe on it and the tune was very easy and stable. Unfortunately my funds for this rig are running short so I'm going to try a JP2 pipe that I already have with a stock header.
I finally decided on a paint scheme and actually got started on it! My painting skillz suck so I had to keep it simple although letters have proven to be anything but simple.

Steering slop is not uncommon in rc's but on this car it's a little different from what I have seen with other models. On this car the right side is what consider normal and acceptable, the left side is another story. While driving at a slow speed trying to adjust the steering trim I...
