    thanks for all the input guys, i put a two speed in and bashed at the weekend it was fine but I'm still going to give the darn thing one more chance before i turn to a two speed permanently. Fingers crossed lol

    Iv got a fibre glass shell! They are good and take a he'll of a bashing! But like people have said they do eventually crack. Very good for bashing tho!!

    yep thats how i checked it. i didnt how ever check the fuel tank that might have a crack? I think I'm going to have to take it all out again and double check every thing. God this is getting tedious!! Really appreciate the help tho guys.

    well i have checked for leaks and nothing so haven't sealed it. i tried a new glow plug and set it all back to factory settings and it did start for a while but would not idle. so played with it abit more but now it will not start! its really depressing me now :( lol
