Almost done. Here are some pictures. Still planning to exclude the battery boxes but debating to keep the servo where it is or lower it to the drive train level. As of now the batteries still fit. But I have to find a way to protect the servo wire if I decide to keep the servo where it is.
some guys I've seen on this forum use tubing to protect their wires. I'm trying to find out what they're called but no luck so far..... here is a picture of what I'm talking about or at least similar ideas..

The center diff saves me a lot of space. I want to make more space by doing this but not sure where to find those side mounts.... Anyone recognize them?
Yes it has room to spin but it is unable to pass through the hole. I am 10000% sure of that. I have a feeling people use VORZA cups as well because they are slightly smaller.
By the way I figured out the locking problem of the diff. I removed the 2 shims that are on either sides of the diff...
The cups are too big to just pull the plates away so I have to do this instead in order to remove the diff.
I have to take everything off the cups so I can remove the cups outward like this

As a combo or seperately. They are fairly new maximum. Ran them about 40 times.
The first image is the Alza mid diff kit.
The second is my finger pointing to the cup that won't fit in the kit without taking apart the whole diff and inserting it first.
The third is the original savage diff gear that I replaced with the forza.
I got the ALZA parts and I am already facing my first problem.......the savage diff fits in the ALZA centre diff kit. but it took a lot of hassle....the problem is the diff cups don't go through the holes....instead i had to take the diff apart and assemble the cups first by putting them though...
I don't have a picture yet but will have one as soon as I get home. The only alteration I did to the savage diff as seen in the picture is removing the screws and replacing the ring gear with the VORZA gear as shown above. The screws have been replaced with same length screws but with the ones...
