    I'm a bike shop manager,some of the things the new mechanics do are laughable. The worst/dumbest one?-I asked one of our mechanics to adjust the brakes on a bike(they were squeaking),went back 5 minutes later & hes spraying oil on the brake blocks saying that thats how you get them to stop...
