I use about 3-4 drops after every run into the glow plug hole, and then flip the motor with the rotostart a few times and put the glow plug back in..
ARO is basically ATF(Auto Transmission Fluid) and yes like someone else said Marvels Mystery Oil works good too.. just use 3-4 drops

just use a little bit of blue threadlock on the screws.. snug them down and you'll be alright.. Ive done the same thing using a little threadlock and snugging them down no the plate doesn't budge and It works fine..
I think he is talking about the rotostart backplate that is screwed down into the backplate of the mill.. the same problem I had last week with my rotostart hanging off the back of the mill.
If that is what you mean Cougar, then just pull the motor off the truck and secure the rotostart...
take the servo horn off the servo.. turn on the electronics this will put the servos in their "centered" position. Now, with the electronics on and servos centered re-install the servo horn and screw it down snug. I have the Ofna Throttle Mod, so It's alot easier to make adjustments on that...
Remember, if it's winter where you are and It's pretty cold out. You would want to run rich before you run lean, it will make performance a little on the weak side but It's better than a blown motor, as SJ put it out there for me..
Just pinch test the LSN and tune it accordingly.. tune...
