having a quick look at your pictures ,
it's not a savage X but rather a 21 or 25 savage with X tv'S
I would pull the diffs and first make sure you have the 4 gear spider diffs
but as above there is no bad savage
ok , so I have now twisted and snapped stock dog bones (out put to wheels)
I replaced them with the HD bones , I have now snapped them , I guess this is a common issue , so what are my options now ? back to stock ?
I think the main problem I have is I'm running the 17mm conversion , as I dislike...
from what I have read you can still do the 250 tank , since your making your own plate then you can fit it and move your mounts as needed.
use cardboard or paper or something to make your template ,
you won't be able to go in to the bulk head like the X can ,
I would have to check my s25...
think the same thing happened to me back in the day , gee can't remember now loll
but I think i just drilled it out and pop a new one in .
don't believe most kits come with the set screws though , I just replaced mine with the HPI one.
another quick update ,
since i's all finished now I broke in my os.30 ,
the truck just screams down the track , We have a BMX track right next to the R/C track , the guys repairing the track took the time too stand by and watch as it flew down the track .
not only does it look slick but and...
yeah that looks nice ,
I think I'll have to take a walk though my hardware store with a measure tape , and see if I can find something that might work.
hey , when I head to the track , I normally have like two+ Trucks with me ,
I'm in the process or getting a couple more ready to go.
i'm now hunting for a different tool box .
right now I'm Using a bag thats made to hold the plastic tackle boxes ,
it fits about 6 of them nice with a jug...
BTW Welcome to the friendliest bunch of guys I have come across , they are all very helpfull .
another tip for the Idle is a paper Clip which is almost 1mm .
Open the paper clip slid it in the carb opening and close using the adjustment screw, I leave it some what loose , this gets me very...
first off , has anyone showed you how to use a glow igniter ?
I can't see why you would have to push down on it like that , unless you didn't have it locked in
(you can remove the battery from your glow plug so you don't burn out the plug) test with spare plug , grab the end with a pair of...
does it have reverse on it by any chance ?
I would have said the slipper clutch first, make sure it's tighten all the way down the loosen 1/4 of a turn.
if you have reverse , make sure it's not slipping out
I took the shock apart last night , the lenght is the same as the stock savage.
it used C clips to hold the piston in place rather then the nut,
I swapped it out for a Bolt style shaft and seems to work for now .
hmm is that the new X spur ?
if thats the style your using a s25 will fit , just wont have the extra ribs .
on the older f 4.1 savages they had a sandwich style , I have since converted over the S25 style.
the link nitro guy posted is the S25 which would fit your truck I believe
I use this

I also have a aspare one of these , that I don't use .
got it in a box of stuff I bought...
I want to remove the coupler thats between the pipe and header.
I have a M25 on my truck I like it , and would put it on hers but I can't do a Buku at the moment
she has a Sts D.30 on hers BTW
