Hello all. I just ordered my NS k4.6 (WOOOOOOTTT) and was wondering if I could pick the brains of some other 4.6ers out there. Will my current gearing of 18/49 be ok? It is in the range of HPI's gearing chart for this motor, but I tend to trust real world experiance over paper charts. If not...
That was great!!! Need to get a couple of ropes on my daughters "Dora" big-wheel and have my son and I pull it at the same time!! On a serious note, that realy was quite impressive.
I love spending time with my family, building gaming PC's & playing PC games, mountain biking, camping, water sking, snow sking (although i pretty much suck), ultimate frisbee, installing and tweeking my car stereo (my other money pit next to my savages), and fishing.
Caught these striped...
OK Guys...here is My wife Tina, son Derek, dog Sasha and me Billy...aka CajunYankee.
I also like this pic of me and Derek at Universal Studios in Orlando....JAWS is one of my all time favorite movies.
I swear i have other clothes than that jersey...
WOW...I've taken out teeth before....but you did a complete root-canal there bud!!! Nice job!! And not to beat a dead horse, but setting your mesh with a peace of folded over paper works best IMHO. There should be just the slightest play, completely around the spur gear/ clutch bell mesh once it...
Nice one!! I'm so lazy I bought 2 2' skateboard launch ramps and put a piece of 4'x4' under the end for a "kick out". The nice thing about them is they stack into each other and fit nice in the back of my Cherokee for some mobile assault bashing!!!
Excellent work!! Much better looking then my first go at spraying. A trick I use for printing graphics from the PC is to get the clear label sheets (the whole sheet is one big clear sticker). Print on the paper side...in other words, load it upside down into the printer. Next just hit it with a...
At the moment. my compressor is shot. Getting a new one in the next couple of weeks though (doing some new molding in the house and i refuse to use a hammer....plus if its' for the house, the wife wont give me grief about buying one). Once I get one, I have no problem spraying a shell for you...
Now see what you went and did... I went on the Pltinum link and checked them out...NOW I'M SALIVATING!!! The wheels are turning!!!! Thought I was all ready for the season, but NO!! I am seriously thinking about getting those!! Do you know if it changes the dimensions of the body posts? I Imagine...
I picked them up at my lhs for about $50 a pair (mounted). But if you don't need instant gratification as bad is i do, and can wait for the shipping, then for $40: here ya go...

Here are a couple of shots of the shell i am going to bash first this season. I was trying some "real" flames and thought they came out just "ok"...so he'll be the first to get the snot kicked out of him. The other rig with the Rubicon shell, is my old 21 my son inherited from me when i got my...
OH YAH!! I've been a fan of SMF for a loooonnng time. They have some of the greatest bashing vids around, and the music they choose goes great with the action. One cool thing about their store is that when you order from them, they send you a "Slap Ma Fro" decal sheet to badge your rig with. My...
Those bead locks are sweet. And damn Jester...you don't miss a thing!! On my post you noticed SC on the PC screen when it was barely noticeable, and here you saw the brake rod ( which was a bit more noticeable )!!! You have a kean eye my friend...hehe
Thanks for the "welcome back". I must admit this site is hands down better than SC. Next pics on the old work-bench will reflect my new home on the PC screen....
And thanks to everyone for the cudos on the rig. Some outdoor shots will show them off better. Not to mention, they were sized for...
LOL!! I hear ya!! I belong to quite a few. When looking for tips and tricks, its' always best to use all of your resources. I love this site, but only loyalty is to my Savage...oh ...and the family!!
Hello all!! Just put the Goliaths on my rig. My son's is the 25 with the Rubicon body in the background. The Bronco body is the one I will bash first. The Chevy is just to nice looking to mess up yet. Hav'nt been on in a while, so I thought I would share these pics. Sorry about the quality. the...
