Are there any other car parts that can crossover to my Savage 25? What about engines? I just got this car and I love it and want to keep it going.
 
All the savage truck line for the most part are interchangeable. There's only a couple difference like the bulk heads, internal diff gears, engines, two and three speed transmissions. But interchangeable
 
Engines aren't hard to find, though there are less options then there used to be. 25-28 seems to be a good balance of power and drive line wear. Amazon, or just about any hobby site or shop can fix you up.
 
if you want wheelies and lots of grunt any .28 motor will give it to you --from the cheap ones (less than $100 new) to the high dollar ones ($150 +)--just depends on your budget and how crazy you want it to be.
