Can anybody help me identify this problem on my savage ?

That refers to the engine flooding itself at idle due to rich LSN. The idle RPM will slowly drop until it stalls. The crankcase volume is a lot more than cylinder volume so when the LSN is too rich the crankcase eventually fills with fuel or "loads up". I try to tune for a smooth idle of at least a minute before it starts to load up.

Looks like a fun location for some trucking. I need to find some better venues. I have a little park that I run in but it's not that great. Of course I live in downtown Houston so finding good spots close by is a bit tough.

Glad to hear that you have it tuned up and running well!

It's great man ! It was near a trail head but I ventured out to another more open area and bashed there. What I do is I go on google satellite maps and look close to my area and try skouting for some bashing areas. That's how I've found them haha. You'll find one man! And thank you bro I really appreciate it had a blast bashing it today! Below is a vid of a little jump I hit (;
