Okay so I have a Savage 25. Just replaced the engine with a LRP.28 spec 3. The clutch shoes are gone and didn't come with a bell housing. So I need advice on which setup to get. 38mm (size that came on it) flywheel, 3 clutch shoes, springs, bearings, bell housing. 52T spur gear is installed so I need the right sized bell housing to mesh up. Please any advise would be appreciated

What tires are you running?

I'm confused as to what you currently have and don't have.

When I ran an LRP28 in my X, I used the HPI 47T steel spur (long'ish story, but it was a necessity), hpi 3-shoe flywheel, random set of alloy shoes and I think a 16T bell. I'm now running a LRP30, same clutch/flywheel/spur, but an 18T bell instead with a 19T I have on hand that I'm going to put in because it's still so wheelie happy.

Stock tires. I'm thinking I want a 16t paired with the 52t that's on there right now. Want both torque and some speed.

That will be pretty low for that engine. It can pull 16/47 pretty easily in the grass and alloy shoes. I ran my at 17/47 for a long time with the LRP28 with traxxas 3.8" geode's with chevron tires, wheelied on demand. I went with 18/47 when I put the LRP30 in.

I use integy 3 shoe aluminum clutches with vented clutch bells

savage differentials: 43/13 differentials is:43(ring gear) divided by 13(pinion gear)=3.30
29/9 is: 29 divided by 9=3.22

divide spur by pinion/clutchbell to get ratios
EX: 52 divided by 16 =3.25
