It is part of the linkage set, part# 86356. Out of stock in alot of places. But, Ebay has many listings for it.

mixed reviews on these but I use them and am able to get my carb. closed plenty snappy.

I think that's what I have on mine. Was from an LST2 part out on ebay I think.
