Savage flux hp problems

Hi guys I hav a savage flux just got it ! It has a 2000kv motor on it and every time I use it I battle to get it to reverse but that's not the main problem! Problem is it runs well then after a couple of bursts it goes into limp mode where it runs like half the speed then 5min later it's back in action so not sure what's going on any one els hav that problem plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it overheating?

That's what I thought but motor is not hot.and ecu is not either

Have you ever overheated it in the past? Noticed any smoke coming out? From the combination of your issues I would assume you have an ESC failure. Do you happen to have another motor and ESC you could swap into your setup to test with?

Right so story is : I brought the car from another guy he took out the st motor and ecu and fitted a king hobbies 2000kv motor in it so I hav no idea what has happened in the past but I do hav the st ecu and motor still do any suggestions mabe u hav what's app
