It will be easiest to remove the engine to access the screw securing the arm to the slide.... make a mental note where you want it, loosen it up move it into place, I would move it so it points toward the spur a bit more and try to make it level and straight as possible and make sure to locktite that screw again. I have seen many of them vibrate loose and some actually lose the entire arm also.....
