image.jpegWill install this on my octane over the weekend after I tune the newly installed WT-990 carb.

Changed from 17cb to 19. Doing some adjustments to my tranny shift points. Winner?......tree

Decided I need a bigger clutchbell. Put 60k in the rear and rebuilt the shocks. Need to got to 18 or 19 CB to keep off the lid.

I'm loving the 19, little less wheel spin on the take off. Def more speed on the straights. Might thicken up my diff fluid as well, torque steering like mad. Right into mad trees!

Yikes, @Bauerdog ! I hope the shock is ok, at least. What kind of axle carrier is that, by the way?
Ya everything was fine other than the castor block. As for the hub/axle carrier I'm not sure, I bought it years ago. they may be Integy but I'm not sure, it's not labeled. Put them through a lot of abuse though, never bent or broke one yet. Bearings fit perfect too. I have it all back together now but next time it's apart I'll take a close pic of it and maybe some one can identify it. I would def recommend them, good tough part

Definitely looks like the integy part.

Doesn't have that hex hub end, and it has pins and clips to pivot.

Unfortunately Integy has changed designs a few times in several years. Possible that yours is Integy, but an older design. I know my rear hub carriers look nothing like what they currently sell.

True I bought it years ago, off a shelf in some LHS that I don't even remember

I was planning on doing some donuts but gave the boy a shot first and it stalled on him then when I went to start it that's when the shaft broke so I never even got a shot. I'll get a proper shot one of these days ;)

Installed an Alza Racing center differential mount and took the truck for a spin. Fun!

Oh thats a hex style, take that :ercm: down to the hardware store and get a long L wrench and cut it to fit.... outta be much stronger...

Hi Jam,
I have some old Allen keys in my toolbox and found one the right size (6mm) so I'll make something out of that.

I see the proper rod costs around £6 here in uk but I don't want to waste money on one as I feel it'll only break again

If you think that is dirty, I'm never posting any pics of mine. It never stays clean, but on topic of the thread. I recently(last week) installed hd spur, hd clutch bell and ceramic slipper clutch and filled diffs with silly puddy. Because I embedded what was left of the stock slipper clutch into the stock spur gear... The cyclone spins the truck can do now are crazy
