my tranny keeps missing and seems like it goes into neutral any ideas whaz up wit dat????its brand new and its a three speed, ive never tuned it,,,any ideas what it might be .thanks in advance

There is no neutral. Are you saying that sometimes the truck moves and sometimes it won't? I would check your clutch/ clutch bell and spur/ slipper. Likely something is loose.

I know it has no neutral it seems like it does when this happens though.....its not the spur or clutch it's defiantly something in the tranny

This doesn't sound like a transmission problem. The only thing that engages and disengages in the transmission are the clutches. But even if you had issues with both the 1-2 clutch and 2-3 clutch you would still have first gear.

Can you give more info on the issue and when it occurs?

That's what's happening it's like it has first and second and sometimes nothing after first just like it pops into nuetral

You should still have first though. You could check to make sure the set screw and retaining screw, as well as the mounting screws are in place on both of the clutches.

"what about the owb in the tranny?"

I have had this issue with 2 of my transmissions and u need to look at this.... the transmission gear (39 tooth part no #76924) has 3 small screws that hold part no# 86369 which is the clutch hub. on 2 0f my trannies the screws backed out into the OWB clutch gear holder and scored it heavily. I experienced loss of drive as well as some binding, even one small screw was bent. (they are very tiny). I thread locked them, even though they go into plastic and it has seemed to have fixed the problem. something that should be looked at every time you pull down your trannie.

Same here, same problem as battyone. All three screws loose, one had the head half chewed off!
Threadlocked, and tightened back down.

I thought the spur was binding, should have checked further.
