I've been dormant since my intro last year but now that the sun is out and I have a little extra cash for sorely needed parts, here is what I'm working with now.
My S-25 engine going out due to broken HSN on the carb, I fugured it's a good enough excuse to buy a brand new mill especially because I'm not sure how much life it's got left (got it used).
I only have 2 lids, both pretty basic but for now I'm not concerned with how she looks as long as I can get it running.
New LRP .28 spec3, rotostart, new ceramic brakes, and new 3-shoe clutch to replace the old 2-shoes.

Sorry, no 'after' pics yet, I can't seem to find my camera's battery charger.
---------
I got all of this new stuff because before winter set in I was bashing and broke the HSN off of my engine so I just let it sit over the winter. Now all new stuff is installed and ready to rock! The only problem is that as I had JUST finished up the break-in for the new LRP and before I could even tune it I went and split the OWB right in half using the rotostart. Bad luck, that. Even worse is that I know this is a common problem and didn't order any spares when I bought the engine! Now I have to wait for the new one to be delivered because I checked 2 different LHS and neither of them have LRP OWB's. Oh well, at least I got some run time in, if you can count the break-in as 'run time' lol.

One thing I would install is a center skidplate from RPM. it will save your brake discs from rock damage.....

Thanks for the heads up, I have one I just wanted to show the brakes installed. I shaved a little metal off of the plate right in front of them because I had to change the nut to a bigger size to accomodate the brakes and I didn't feel like taking it apart further.
