As I have to change few bits on my truck i thought I replace the clutch shoes. The HPI HD are expenive at around 35£ was looking at Integy 7075 ones. Any good?

Some guys say the Integy shoes are softer than the genuine HPI shoes are... personally i have not used the Integy brand, but most of their stuff is made by GPM and just branded Integy.....as long as you keep an eye on them i don't see a problem though.....

ya that outta be hard enuff to resist some wear and give decent life..... as with anything alloy, maintenance will be needed but they outta be fine....

ive not long bought and fitted the same integy clutch kit to my new LRP engine, i like the finish of the flywheel its better than the HPI, the clutch springs are good, enabling the shoes to bite at the right amount of revs for me, not too high and not too early, enabling wheelies on demand, the alloy shoes seem ok for now, ive been keeping an eye on them, so far alls good, i did put a vented clutch bell on as i hoped it would keep the temperature down a bit, the one thing i had to do tho was shim the pilot nut as the grove that the clutch spring goes into was a little low, but i am running the LRP engine and not the F 4.6 or the K 4.6, might be ok on them engines, if not then its an easy fix, like i say i just had to put a shim on, all in all so far i can not fault it, but then ive only had 10 tanks of fuel through this engine and clutch

a few pics, here you can see that the clutch spring don't quite meet the grove in the pilot nut

and here you can see that ive shimmed it out, and now lines up perfect
