Hey guys ! Been a while since ive posted on this forum as ive got into the crawling scaler scene. But i was hoping someone here who running a flux ( with re branded mmm ) or ( mmp ) may have had or know how to fix my issue . Its really got me bummed out as its on my completely custom rig but no performing . My electric setup is as follows . Mamba max pro sct , ( with castle link ) team orion method pro 17t brushed motor running a 7 cell 8.4v NiMH and a digital cordless steering servo . Now my issue is part way . Sometimes just after things start warming up ( electric wise ) i lose forward motion . Reverse still works only if i ease into it very slowly ! But steering is un affected and acts normal . Then ill trying forward again some blinking . Some beeps and even my battery starts making a funny noise ? Now i was told its the motor but I'm almost 99.9% sure it's the battery . Ive redone all my castle link settings multiple times , tried re calibrating esc multiple times . Even put brand new deans connectors on esc and battery as i was told my tamyia plugs could have been the issue . I personally feel it too be a loss of power for initial take off. Ive even tryed upping my throttle curve to give more juice of the hop but still same issue . Any info on my problem with be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance guys !

Also for rx tx was using a hpi TF-40 combo and thinking it was an rx tx issue i swapped it for my axial ax-3 two channel still no fix to aboves stated issues .

Easily can hold my hand on it all day . They get warm . But never hot(esc was bought second hand ) but bought running as a brushless combo. . It is turning a two speed summit trans . 14t pinion on it amd i believe it to be some in the 56t for the spur (will confirm spur count later ) like i stated earlier i believe it to be a loss of power issue and the only other thought i couldn't shake was maybe my rx tx an servo are drawing to much amps and cutting out the esc almost like it re arms it self after i pull trigger to move forward. ..

Also to note , yes u swapped over to brushed reversing on castle link also 180% drag brake and adjusted the throttle curves increase low end grunt as this has probably the same track width as a savy.
