1m sail boat

Just recently i decided i needed a new toy, so i got this 1m long sail boat, it stands from keel to top of mast 1.55m (5ft) tall, ive just finished the wooden deck and need to spray the lid back in, the servo plate had to be replaced of which i cut and shaped from marine ply, the servos needed new mounts too, it all strong and working properly now, i made a new stand for her too, i say her as shes not got a name yet, any ideas / suggestions are welcome tho I'm not naming her after the wife, i don't want it to have the same fate as the titanic lmao

anyone else into rc sail boats

nice build, hope it sails well. not sure how cold it is over there, but here, there's a good chance that it will hit an iceberg lol. I don't own any sailboats, but I always found them interesting. did u have to build it, then? or are u just modding it?

it was a repair job, its got all the race gear on, sails alone cost more than the midnight pumpkin i swapped it for, its won quite a few races / events, it was just stashed away in garage and left to rot, it will race again
