Let me start by saying that my name is Rob.
So, as I mentioned in the shout box, I have a Jeep addiction.
I love Jeeps and I love taking them off road even more!!
I am Vice President of the Maine 4x4 Club.
Married 21 years.
We have a '96 2wd Cherokee(XJ), an '88 Wrangler(YJ), and '93 & '94 Grand Cherokees(ZJ)

Our driveway last year shortly after I got MY ZJ, before it became heavily modified:

'88 YJ, 4.2L, 5 speed, 2.5" lift, 31s:

'94 ZJ, 4.0L, auto, 3" lift, 31s:

'93 ZJ, 5.2L V8, auto, 4.5" lift, winch, 32s, rocker armor, adjustable control arms, mods, more mods, and so on:

My parking spot at work:

And my favorite activity that includes Jeeps:

The work parking spot is brilliant! If I had a vehicle with that kind of articulation I would always attempt to find the most absurd parking possibilities. Glad to see you're using Jeeps how they love to be used.

LOL, Thanks X!
My Jeeps are definitely NOT pavement princesses!!
JEEP = Just Enjoy Every Path!!!

Yeah I like the rock parking, and you do have a great looking collection of jeeps! And you guessed right I had a 94' Wrangler with a 4-Wheel Drive Hardware brand lift, 33x12.50's on American racing Baja's and 9500# Warn wench. Sorry I don't have a pic of her. She sold a few years back, mine was red with a Best Top canvas top n tinted windows.

So, my wife's Grand Cherokee is dead. It died Monday, 2/9/15.
It died as a hero, because it saved my wife and daughter's lives!!!!
They lost control in the snow on the highway, hit the snow in front of the guardrail, rolled a few times, and then were struck by an 18 wheeler on the underside as the4 Jeep was laying on it's side in the highway.
They are both banged up a bit, but they had no major injuries thanks to that wonderful Jeep!!!

And that is why jeeps are such popular offroad rigs. You can beat the crap out of them and they keep on going.

Sorry for your loss FT. I'm glad the family is ok.

Post up when you inevitably buy your next jeep, we'll want to see what you get. :)

Glad to hear your family is safe....a vehicle can be replaced family cannot.....

Man @FullThrottle I was actually expecting the damage to be more severe hearing that it rolled a few times AND got hit by a semi. So glad to hear your wife and daughter made it out with just minor injuries.

Everyone stay safe out there and slow down in this weather. Being seeing far to many pile up accidents on the news too. Scary stuff.

Thanks Surly!
My '93 V8 ZJ has 4.5" Rubicon Express springs with cheapo nitrogen shocks and adjustable control arms all around.
I would like to find me a "Niner" as well. They are pretty cool rigs!
