Building new set of diffs! Sugestions?

I have a XL, and i have broken 4 stock pinion.. and i did shim them as all the videos in the world told me to.. every time i have been driving for max 15 min then the pinion broke.. its to week.. or the metal is to hard. I allso think that the stock ball baring is to week.. 10X16mm is to...
