    header question need help!

    Is Vantage the only option? I read on few other posts that RD Logic, Ofna, etc also make headers...but I can't seem to actually FIND one on any of their websites. For example, RD has 8 pages of headers...how do I know which'll fit the X? None of them show pictures of the headers...

    diff shim size?

    My outdrive cups don't look like that...the shim actually comes up and over the neck of the end cup...wish I was at home so that I can take a picture.

    Is this method of shimming side to side still being used? I thought it was pointless to put the shims between the bearing and the diff cups. Aren't you supposed to put them between the bearing and the outdrive cups?

    diff shim size?

    Do you use these to shim the pinion gear or just the drive cups / side-to-side play? I have these and don't think they'd fit good (albeit I haven't tried) for the pinion gear...the inner diameter looks too big.
