I think my servos are going dead...please help!!

i think both of my servos are going bad......the throttle pulls strong for throttle, but barely pulls for the brakes.....ive tried messing around with the stop on the linkage but nothing is working......also my steering is simply terrible......i took a video so you guys can see whats going...
