    reply Thanks everyone...I'm going to seal them both up and see if that helps, I probably will eventually sell them both and upgrade. There both twin .26 powerhouse engines. You want them??

    reply Might sound weird but when a engine runs hot doesnt it mean its too lean? It's about a full turn richer past the stock needle settings so I know its not running too lean...

    Had my .26 engine running mostly idiling and checked the temp with my temp gun and it was running around 302-306 degrees. I tried to richen it up but it gets sluggish. Plz let me know what I'm doing wrong!

    reply My engine is still steaming from the head...any other suggestions as to why it could be doing this?

    Axial .28 vs. LRP 28

    I'm thinking about upgrading my twin engine 1/7 scale truck with either 2 axial .28 or 2 LRP 28. Or if you have another suggestion let me know. Which out of the two would you recommend?? Truck is pretty heavy...

    reply Yea its stock exhaust...the engine is a hot bodies .26 but the girgiling was coming from the engine itself.

    I decided to let my .26 run through a half a tank of gas idiling, brought the truck back indoors and noticed it was making a girgiling noise coming from the engine. Is this normal? Does it mean I have a air/fuel leak?

    reply I have a lrp on my ofna hyper st and I haven't got a chance to run due to the brake throttle servo going out, but i can tell its going to be a beast. There more on the expensive side especially since i have to buy two of them for the hotbodies GTX2

    reply @nitrobashin I tried returning the engine to factory settings and it still seems to over heat and run as tho there is no power...@preacher i will check that

    reply thanks everyone for the helpful advice...if i can't get these two engines running correctly then I knw what that means...TIME TO UPGRADE ENGINES!HAHA...What brand of engine do you all recommend? I need two. Nothing too expensive!

    Not that I can tell. If you have too many o rings between the engine block and cooling head could that cause it to over heat

    No I have not checked for air leaks and how exactly do you seal a engine?
