    Not too much to worry on the ear drums, the bass isn't as bad on them as the highs or distortion. A rock concert is around 125-135 and 2 hours of that will have you ears ringing more then the bass in my truck. Sponsored? Hell no! I wish, maybe some day. I do get some stuff wholesale...

    Thanks! It's a Ford Excursion. I'm a Ford fan but I can see what people like in the other brands. I liked the 3/4ton rear end to support the system. It currently has 16 Powerbass 12's on 4 Audiobahn A4KDN's and has 18 batteries. Just for starters.

    So I just ordered the 3 speed tranny assembled, and now I have to order this new to make it even faster???? I guess it's a good thing I didn't put it in yet. Time to do a little shopping

    Is there any brand that is recommended over the others? I don't mind spending the cash to try out something new, but I would like to keep away from the trash from the start.

    The wheelies are cool, I might miss them a bit. I Really like to get it all out on the open grass and out in the sand dunes. I think the longer wheel base would help keep the wheels on the ground.

    I hear ya on that, My car audio habit takes up most of my free cash. The savage has been by far cheaper.

    The wife bought mine for me used for 400 bucks, It took a year and another 600 bucks to get it running right. I'm now into hop-ups parts for about another 300. I'm looking to spend another 3-400 in the next month or so

    So if I want to keep my same gear ratio (3.00) but lower my RPM's then I would go from a 15/45 to a 17/51?
