ROTO START PROBLEM ( i think slipper clutch )

hey guys i got a stock savage and it benn running great but recently i got a problem when i put the fully charged electric roto started the car jus wont start it sounds like it gets struck after one or two spins by the rotor so i am wonderign n e suggestions? thank u :dunno:
