    Hmm, good to think about. I think Ill go back to the fiber discs, they seem like less hassle. Thanks for the responses and advice.

    Ok, installed a new tranny case and that fixed the problem. the old one was defective or somethingand the screw holes were all stripped out. Now the pads are coming off of the calipers. Can i just run metal to metal and ditch the stick-on pads?

    Thanks everyone for the welcome. I'm really frustrated with this brake thing. I wonder if I can go back to the hobby shop or contact HPI about what happened with the stock brakes. They worked great, for a week. Ya, Ive only had it for a week and the brakes fell apart. Thoughts?
