Just ordered the yellow baja springs for the front and rear. John fitted the shocks to the basher. I'm like you Jcam really looking forward to running this. Just missing the clutch and pipe and this truck will be done.

So much time thinking and dedication went into all this , thanks John.

John has a few updated pics of this basher. Just can't upload into his photo account.

I'd like to hear the good and the ugly about this build. Just because I'm the owner of the site doesn't exclude me from what you think. .[/QUOTE]

Truck looks good BUT !!!!

The yellow springs ... Green rims ..

The truck is starting to look like a rainbow

I know it's just a Basher .. And I Hope it will serve it's purpose in life ..

I know you all are having fun banging me up in regards to, too many colors. So I'm having the RPM ( blue ) dyed black. So I think the only 2 colors are the yellow springs and green wheels.

Looks great Hop! Great job on the build John. Here is what I think you should name the truck:

Well got the Novarossi .21 back from Extreme RC mods. The motor is mounted and by the time you read this the batteries will be charged and everything checked. Now if the rain would stop I WOULD PUT SOME NITRO IN IT.......

it is colorful and that doesn't mean anything... Looks good. It is hooked up to my 4pk.

OK well can't tune the truck in yet. With the suspension set up the CVD's pop out of the diff cups when the suspension works. That is why MIP doesn't make CVD's for HPI anymore. So have some HD dog bones on the way for the truck. Did get the body done and a little idle video. It ran like that for 20 min and never got over 109F so I shut it down. I couldn't bump the gas up or the wheels would engage and throw the CVD's out.

When the new bones come in I will lean her out and get the truck movin.......

For me all John did today was fire up the engine and see where she sits. I did buy the pipe and had it done by Extreme rc aka Robin. The end bracket John made on his own. I know JCam not only has one but made a solid bracket for his. He has bashed his pretty hard. Robin knows what he is talking about and can help you with any question. He's the man. I'm just an end user, lol.

Go to the vender area and click on Extreme RC Mods. I haven't taken it up to speed yet but from Extreme's experience it is a great combo.
