Hydro Dipping

This is a hot topic I'm surprised hasn't been covered here yet.
i have found a print distributor on Alibaba for $2 per square meter! minimum order is 10sqM. just wondering if i get some, would any members want a piece? probably skulls,( its a cop-out, i know), but it will work for what I'm doing.
Have you much experience paint bodies? i don't know how i would get the skulls to "ghost" through a purple chrome. do a light coat of purple, do the dip, then back it with chrome?

"I've done some RC bodies and here are my methods. Before I begin let me tell you that there is a lot of out of the box thinking when it come to doing 2 or even 3 different patterns on 1 car.
1st i use Presta prepaint cleaner
2nd I use DuPont 222's adhesion promoter
3rd Dip the body on the inside. ( Can be very tricky to get used to)
Finally I use Pactra RC body paint.
The ones I have done have been raced very hard and have had no problem with the print sticking. The customer brought it back to me and showed me where the body was cracked and the print was still intact!"

I am more intersted in doin some myself, but the initial cost seems like quite a bit more than I want to spend.
My budget for hobbies and time to do them is about to fly out the window anyway.
I've signed up on a suppliers forum and started discussions with some members, trying to pry some info on technique and theory, but it's a bit a of a touchy subject. You get flamed on for not knowing what they're talking about because you're not an experience applicator, which is not surprising. It's a forum for business owners. The forum admin is trying to make it more entry-level friendly and encouraging members to act the same way.

Yea, they don't like to give out there tips. I know hes been messing with it awhile to prefect his way of doing it.

Well I got my Savage body ready to send to him but now he wont return my messages. I have messaged him requesting his address so I can ship the body to him and to find out his paypal info so I can send money but have gotten no reply. I guess he will not be doing this for me, I wont send a body and money to someone that wont return my messages. Not very good business practice. Thinking about just buying the stuff and doing it myself.
