My new car

Well the little lady and the kids sure came through for me this year (but ofcourse they always do), They gave me my birthday gift a few week early.
And it's a---------------------------------------------------------------
HPI nitro rs4 RTR 3evo!!! And is it cool, I've been down with the flu for the last few days, I was feeling just a little better today, but I promised my son I would go to the LHS and pick up a set of headerbolts for his nitro truck (he's working 12 hrs a day 6 days a week) so he has no time for anything but work, and a promise is a promise, so off my wife and I went to the LHS. While we were there I looked around and found the car I had been wanting, I showed her the car and she showed no interest at all, I figured so much for subtal hints!! When I got home I headed straight for bed where I belonged, but when I woke up the whole family was there and grinnin from ear to ear as my wife gave me my early birthday present, my new nitro car!! I looked over pretty good and toyed with it some but Im gonna wait till I feel better before I run it. Ill keep everyone informed how she goes.

Wow, that's fantastic! Just when you think they don't listen and don't much care, BAM! They totally come through for you. I love it!

I've got an old Nitro RS4 2 with an HPI .12SS and two-speed, that thing is a BLAST! Quick acceleration and radared to nearly 50mph. I gotta dig that thing out again...

hey doesgo, I also have a RS4-2 with a two speed tranny, but I am running a Picco XP 12 motor...The car definately scoots and would lap my brother's(FuelFather) RS4-3 Evo, lol....slicks or foams, it is hard to keep traction, lol....Careful, the RS4-3 used to have a habit of losing dogbones....

Yeah, I've never managed to do much on a track with the touring car, but it sure is fun to "bash" with! I certainly wouldn't mind a Picco XP12, either. :)
