i have an O.S. engine on my savy and i'm using roto start. there's a lot of engine that is compatible with the rotostart.. i always check towerhobbies.com or nitrohouse.com.. pick that suits you..

The Axial .28 (http://www.smfstore.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=axial+.28+Spec ) is a very strong engine that's proving to be reliable and is quite inexpensive. It comes with a pullstart, but a RotoStart backplate is available for it. Other options are the Picco .28 (http://www.smfstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=196_45&products_id=679) (also comes with a pullstart but a RotoStart backplate is available), the HPI K4.6 (http://www.smfstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=196_45&products_id=223) (.28, same situation). There aren't that many that come stock with RotoStart backplates, the Collari .32 is the only one I can think of off the top of my head.

No, but I believe the one for the K4.6 (http://www.smfstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=92_152&products_id=676) will work, however.

ok, i was just wondering cause im on a tight budget and i heard that pullstarts put drag on the engine, not alot, but still. and there a pain

On a tight budget I'd go with the Axial .28 or the STS .28. :cool
