savyX diff/tranny in savy 25

I have heard people say that putting savy X diffs and housing and a savy x trans in a savy 25 makes them much easier accessible. How so I do this? What parts do I need? Last but not least is the savy X a 3 speed or a 2speed tranny? Also if it is a 3spd trans does anyone make a delrin gear set for it as I want it to hold up the engine Im looking at installing. At this point looking at buying my buddy's RB928, if I can find a rotostart for it that will work with a LCG chassis kit.

The rotostart will not work because you have to go thought a support member just to get to it, and i don't think the tiger drive will fix, thanks to the shock towers.
