I was wondering if anyone knows the thread pitch that hpi uses on their conversion kit? This>>>>> http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXKZR3&P=7

I bought this set and then I found these >>>>> http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTVD4&P=7 ,but they are different threads. Ofnas are 12mm fine thread. Hpi's i could not find a bolt to fit them.

OR can i use the ofna 17mm hubs>>>>> http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/products_id/6454

Weird, I would think that HPI is the same as any other. Matter of fact I run the HPI ones on my savage and have switched nuts from my OFNA CRT to the savage before. I have also used the nuts from my brothers Ofna Hyper 8PBS when I lost one at some point out running.

The Hyper replacement parts should work as well.

Can you try the nuts you purchased in the second link on something else. Maybe they have been incorrectly turned?

thanks for the quick replys. i'm gonna go to LHS in the morning and try another set and compare it to the hyper8 or hyper7 buggy that they have in stock.

(BIGDAN) thats the ones that came with the kit, I bought the ofna ones so they would help protect from the dirt getting in the centers where the set screw is.
