The plate in the bottom picture is the old style skid plate. They are probably trying to get rid of the old style first. I'd get on the horn with them if you want the new style, and see if they will exchange it.

I will for sure , they are located in Fenton Mo. i work in Fenton , FLM is located down the road as well , i will get this resolved no matter what! Man what a dissapointment.

I'm not sure but I think the lower one is the newer skid plate.
