and the RTR BL powered Revo!! http://www.traxxas.com/products/electric/erevo5608/trx_erevo_trucks.htm

I agree both those trucks look pretty nice... i think HPI should come out with a Brushless Savage, not an esavage but a savage with a brushless...

I've actually been eyeballing the new brushless E-Revo, but I am with Sunk... I would rather HPI come out with a newer E-Savage w/ BL.
(Their new Slash is a blast too)

we have fun with the slash's at the local indoor track. boy I bet that bl e ervo is gonna have a big price tag!

They also have a 1/16scale E-revo Brushless and a 1/16scale Slayer Brushed on the way from what I have heard. They will both have a 380 size motor on them.

that is a mean looking truck. keep an eye out and see if they post a video. i'd be interested to see how durable it is bcz when i was in the market for my savage, when i compared, the first thing that caught my eye was they savages TVP's & the TMaxx has a flat chassis....sav looked way more durable.
That Summit looks really nice. I just noticed that this morning when I was on their Home Page looking at schematics of the Revo tranny. 4 Channel controller to lock the front and rear diff on the fly. Awesome stuff.

ya even though this is a hpi forum we still have to give traxxas credit cuz if you really think about it traxxas pretty much started the "nitro craze" with there trucks and they just seem to be getting better!!!

As far as the durability issue goes. I hardly break anything on my Traxxas trucks. Although, I wouldn't call them stock. A lot of things get broke because the driver is no good. I've never broken anything that wasn't my fault to begin with.

I've broken two parts on my 3906 E-Maxx in three years..maybe I've been lucky but the durability is perfecty ok in my opinion. Also, I don't like the style of E-Revo and Summit, at least not the bodies. The Maxx-trucks and older stuff is nicer looking IMO. But that's just a pick of taste. ^^
