40 series tires turn radius

chech this link out http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=FGBaek72sCk&feature=related what type of rim combo is this. Also will 40 series tires hurt or help my turn radius. Last will i still be able to wheelie with my stock 4.6 if i get the whell combo thats in the link i posted .

The tires are the Pro-Line Big Joes and the wheels are the Axials, not sure which ones but according to the guy he said they are the Axial "oversize" wheels.

40 series will affect your turning radius, making it bigger but it does help on handleing, just depends what you want.
