So you want to resize a pic? here's how:
1. Open Paint (all windows based PC's come with it. it is located in the accesories folder)
2. Go to "file" in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
3. Click on "open"
4. select the pic that you want to resize.
5. When the pic shows up in paint, click on "image" and when the menu drops down, click on "stretch\skew"
6. A window will open with two editable boxes with 100 in both of them.
7. change those numbers to something lower than 100. This number is the percentage your pic will be downsized. (I usually use 40) then click "OK"
8. go back to "file" and click "save"
You have now downsized a pic! Then simply upload it to whatever hosting service you usually use or attach it to your post, and youre all good.
