Howdy, a little about my self. Im currently deployed to Kuwait for Uncle Sugar as a helicopter crewchief/mechanic/technical inspector. Im call Mississippi gulf coast home. While being deployed here I had to t4ravel to another base and the guys there were telling me about a rc truck that the last unit had left them. I ask to see the so called truck before I left and asked if they wanted to get rid of it. They said we are leaving in a few months and we havnt done anything with it so sure. I asked how much, and they said here, it didnt cost us anything so same to you. The savage didnt have batterys, wheels and tires, or crystals. So now that I have it back to stock and running I plan on getting it hopped up.

WELL the parts are kinda hard.. I have to buy them online and have them shipped. The wait is the hardest. We ust got through building a small track. When I figure out how to post pic I will take one or two of the desert track. Also about parts... its funny what you can come up with when you break a tie rod and have to fix it with no parts. hehe

I know this is the wrong place but I have searched for a while trying to figure this place out, its actually awesome. I have a ? on batteries and tracking.
I have an E savage and have 3300 batts. Its all stock and im wondering if I can run 8.4 volt 5000. I have a 80mm fam that I have fabed just wondering if it will burn up th esc or motors. Every time i hit the throttle the truck pulls right. Is thst normal being a 4wd truck. If someone could please piont me in the right direction it would really help. Thanks Derek
