my brakes are fried

i was running my savvy and i didnt have any brakes. in the pics the inside of the disc is worn out. i just orderd the savage duel disc brakes. wat caused this

just looks like the brakes were draging

ill explain them my comp is beening G@Y the inside of the brake disc is gone instead of a hex i have a circle
