Having SMF very close to your house. Yesterday I managed to take out my spur gear/clutch assembly and I'm thinking ; Great I won't be able to run my savage this weekend. I remembered that SMF was based somewhere in Minnesota so I emailed them to ask if I could pick up the stuff I ordered rather than wait for it to be shipped. Bruce answered my email immediately and answered a few other questions I had. In the end Bruce offered to drop off the package at my door this morning. So I wake up this morning at 7am and there my package is!!!!! All I have to say is WOW, with this customer service I understand why they are so busy. I would like to personally thank Bruce and SMF, Thank you! :10:
