ive just bought the hpi cam type servo saver and do you have to set it because i notest it had a threaded flat nut thing on the side with the spring?and what is a good setting for it?
tell me if i dont make my self clear (i dont know how to explain it)

it should compress the spring so there is approx 4mm gap between the nut and the chassis plate.
you should be able to find some info in the x or ss manuals.
you can adjust the compression to suit your driving.

After you get it set its a good idea to put a drop of blue loctit on the threads to keep it from backing off.

i have mine set so if i turn it, it will turn, but not so loose as to allow the cam to be able to spin 180°. hope that helps bud.
