The Next Upgrade

So im thinking on upgrading to the
#87230 17mm Hex Hub Conversion Set w/UV Joint (Savage)
This is the one with the special dog bones that have a pin in the hub cup itself. I’m a little skeptical about that one factor. Don’t want to be down for 2 weeks waiting on some special dog bone.

So im also thinking about the
#87229 17mm HEX HUB CONVERSION SET (SAVAGE)
which is just the hub itself.

I thought the same thing. Power-Hobby on Ebay has the 17mm hub kit for $25 and $6 for shipping. It is by far the best price I've seen. Reason I'm going with it is I can use the Axial wheels bead for a 40 series tire or go with Maximized bead and standard tire. Same size adapter but 2 options. Here's the link for Ebay. This guy has both conversion available.
