3 Speed tranny not changing gears

I reciently brought a new 3 speed tranny, but used same gearbox. It doesnt change gear or wheely. I have looked for screws inside to adjust, but cant find any. Can anyone give me a step-by-step pictures with details please? cheers

You have to adjust 1to 2nd from the inside of the tranny and 3rd can be adjusted from the outside of the gearbox!!!

a good starting spot for adjusting the shif points is 2 turns on the second gear and 5 turns on the 3 rd.....

Just make sure your engine is tunned in first b4 you start
