Nitro to Flux conversion?

Any body have a good how to and a list of parts needed? I know I can buy the kit, but the one's I've seen I really don't like TVP's in it and a few of the other parts. Any links to where I can find a decent how to would be great. I've searched the forum but haven't found one yet.

i would just go with the kit and even tho you dont like the tvps that are included you can go to tcscrawlers.com and get a set of stronger thicker ones pretty cheap

Thanks. IYO should I swap the tranny as well from the 2speed to a 3 speed? I've already order a castle creations for it. Just putting the actual conversion kit on hold till I can see if there's a better one than the stock HPI that's sold on Tower.
