Looking for a cheap working 2 speed trans!

do you need a complete one with brakes and the slipper clutch

no i do not - just a complete bare trans assembly will do.
but brakes and stuff are a plus.

I found one just now on ebay for $33 shipped, anyone beat that?

Did you get brakes with it for that price? Cause you can get a new one of the bay for 20 bucks plus shipping..With out brakes..

no brakes, i got some here, but $33 and free shipping was the best deal i found...
