Bumpstarter on savage?

Is there any possible way to use a starter box on my savage? Im running a surefire .32

Also.. i need to know what size the engine screws are on this page http://www.smfstore.com/index.php?cPath=21_46_26 if anyone would happen to know... I flipped the truck and broke a screw off in the block that needs to be replaced.. I was going to notch a line in it and take it out with a flat head, is that how you guys would do it?
