Hey Guys & Galls, I know some are wondering what the deal is with parts and why they are not receiving them after sometime. I think I have made contact with everyone but may have missed some.
Anyway, on to the point. We went to cut many orders and parts and found that our CF Panels were of a very low quality when pulled from the protective sleeve. We have not had this problem ever so failed to quality check them when they arrived. However the problems have been resolved with the vendor and replacements are on the way this week which we plan to cut it this weekend and will get most all parts if not all parts out early next week Monday or Tuesday.
We were not going to cut bad quality parts and send them as everyone is paying for the best of the best as our products are very high price but are well worth the money. You will be happy with the wait I will promise you. I will not sacrifice quality for delay in receiving.
Again we are very sorry for your waits and your frustrations.
If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.

I've never ordered from you (well, not yet :) ) but the fact that you came here and publicly addressed the issue and let everyone know what was going on as opposed to trying to be secretive about it is definately commendable. Thanks, and I'll be talking to you soon :)

orcusomega, it took me some time to get to the forum about it as I have been super busy with my full time job and setting up some new equipment and trying to get it going due to the talent/art it takes to run. To put it into prospective its roughly a $1mil machine new so I have not been on the forum for a while. With these CF issues, my full time job requirements and being a FF has taken a lot in the last few weeks but we are getting threw it.
I have more Carbon fiber on the way currently than I have ever had at one time by at least double and plan to keep much more in stock and will most definitely do a quality check on each sheet as it arrives. I ordered 5 sheets also last night.

LOL I can definitely appreciate it - I am a FF as well (spent all day yesterday in the station putting in a whole new network - ever try to run cabling through lathe and horse-hair plaster that it 120 years old?).
I am just glad to see someone who acknowledges an issue, tells everyone the real deal, and makes changes so it doesn't happen again - too many companies out there just hide issues behind "ooops, sorry, it's going out tomorrow". It's easy to hide, but more impressive when someone admits their problems.
I guess this is more to-the-point with me, since I have been dealing with issues from vendors lately with my work and getting frustrated as all hell with the BS answers I am getting!
Glad to hear things are getting better - keep yourself safe, and thanks for being a FF too :)
